First time customer. Very pleased with the customer service. Gregg was very thorough to confirm my shipping address as there was a small discrepancy. He called me personally as to make sure there would be no issue upon delivery.
I love both profiles that I purchased. Stienbeck kicked off strong with the cedar IMO and cedar being one my favorite scents. Absolutely loved it. But I must say.. the Hemmingway is the one I love most. I dont even know how explain this scent other than it has earned a spot in my top 5. I will rock both these scents with confidence. You rock Sunshine State Grooming!
As a lover of scents that smell of leather, tobacco, old books and darker type scents Steinbeck really intrigued me so I bought it.
I was not disappointed one bit! Upon using Steinbeck for the first time it instantly took me to the City of Buffalo, NY where I had lived for some time long ago....Elmwood Avenue to be exact where I frequented a vintage bookstore quite often. I could smell the cedar planks of the floor of the store, the aged textbooks....the leatherbound type just waiting to be opened, and that smell as soon as you open it, one not to be forgotten. Then taking that book and heading to the weathered and well worn high back chair in the dimly lit corner to read for a spell while the faint scent of bourbon would come in as wisps from the Irish Pub adjacent from the bookstore.
All this from this bottle of beard oil. I love scents that can paint a picture in the mind and that is exactly what Sunshine State Grooming did with Steinbeck. Well done. The scent is perfect and lasts around 6-8 hours aftery applied. No corners were cut when developing their carrier blend either. Every ingredient is top notch and left my beard hair and skin feeling healthy, nourished and soft.
All in all this is a fantastic product and I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for Sunshine State Grooming!
